Stanley Timothy Crews was born on 4/3/1961 in Tampa, Florida. He died on 3/23/1993 at age 31 in Clermont, Florida when a boat he was operating struck a pier. The accident also killed teammate Steve Olin. Bob Ojeda, another teammate, was seriously injured in the accident.
